**Description du poste**:
Main duties and responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the country's strategy for achieving long-term objectives
- Manage key accounts, build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities, and explore new business channels
- Carry out business operating plan and support teams in operations
- Produce regular business reports on key performance indicators
- Manage a high-performing local team effectively to drive business success

**Profil**:

- Previous position/experience in the IS-IT Services or consulting activity in Switzerland
- Ability to act as a global manager and must be prepared to put hands-on
- Autonomous, voluntary, leader, decision-maker
- Successful track record in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Business network, including the public sector
- Swiss resident or having lived in Switzerland for a minimum of 5 years
- Master degree or better in Engineering or Business School
- Fluent or native German/Swiss German, English >C1, French a plus
