Architect - German speaking

We are looking to hire an Architect, with 2 to 7 years of experience, who will be based in Zurich, Switzerland, working on-site with the entire project team.
**Experience with Swiss SIA standards is an advantage and proficiency in German is a requirement to apply.**

**Essential skills**:

- Strong conceptual, design and graphic skills
- Experience with technical detailing, construction documentation & construction administration
- Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking
- Knowledge of products, materials, and construction methods in the Switzerland
- Exposure to management and coordination of project stakeholders, local authorities and approving bodies, and sub-consultants
- Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team
- Ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
- Should have strong ability with Rhino, Revit, Enscape, Adobe Suite
- Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- The ability to be proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in response to direction from managers
- Great interpersonal communication skills
- A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working

**Desirable Qualities and Skills**:

- Professional qualification as an Architect or an equivalent qualification
- 2-7 years post qualification experience as an Architect/Designer
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and German - spoken and written
- Experience with Aviation and Swiss projects is a plus
