- Managing the business according to our business policy principles and guidelines in the absence of management
- Planning of employee assignments incl. hour control
- Train and supervise the employees
- Ordering according to order set
- Control of incoming deliveries and invoices
- Management of the company cash book
- Carrying out the daily and monthly closings including monthly inventory
- General office work
- Adherence to the budget
- Active care of the guests
- Implementation of the hygiene concept in accordance with HACCP

**Your profile**
- Completed hotel management school / federally certified business manager or completed apprenticeship in gastronomy / hotel business with corresponding professional experience
- Passionate host

- Good German language skills
- PC user skills

- Miss Miu is a Korean food concept by the Wiesner family. The provocatively decorated restaurant on Badenerstrasse offers a perfect mix of Korean food and delicious drinks. The restaurant has over 100 seats indoors and over 20 more in the courtyard. The on-site team also handles all take-away and delivery orders.What we offer
