Für unseren Kunden in der Lebensmittelbranche suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Führungsperson in der Gebäudereinigung 100%.
- Verantwortlich für die gesamte Reinigung von Produktionsanlagen, Produktionsräumen sowie der Gebäudepflege Indoor/Outdoor inklusiv Winterdienst
- Verantwortlich für ca. 50 Mitarbeiter mit Einsatz und Ferienplanung
- Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Arbeitszeiten, Arbeitssicherheit und Hygienevorschriften
- Mithilfe bei der Personalrekrutierung
- Mithilfe bei Projektarbeiten und Prozessoptimierungen
- Bewirtschaftung sämtlicher Entsorgungen und Recycling

**Anforderungsprofil**
- Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Grundausbildung
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Facility Management oder Gebäudereinigung
- Langjährige Erfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb in der Lebensmittelbrache mit Führungserfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Organisationsstark, unternehmerische Denkweise, Teamplayer
- Sehr belastbar und ausdauernd, engagiert, selbständig absolut zuverlässig
- Sie sind sich dem Umgang mit multikulturellen Mitarbeitern gewohnt
