We are offering a new position at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) as per now
Tasks
- Strategic support of the CEO and coordinating projects with various departments
- Collaborate closely with CEO
- Organise and manage meetings and appointments
- Plan and organise business trips and events
- Prepare various correspondence, presentations and minutes
- Support management in following-up various tasks within the team and with our partners
- Ensure the distribution of mail internally
**Requirements**:
- Completed apprenticeship as commercial employee or univerity degree, certificate of executive assistant an asset
- At least three years of professional experience in a similar position
- Strong skills to accurately complete tasks assignments & responsibilities in timely manner
- High level of commitment, flexibility, organisational and independence skills
- Very good knowledge of usual MS Office tools as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Native speaker of German or French, excellent English knowledge
- Identification with the NORQAINER spirit (adventure, outdoor sports, young / dynamic)
