We are offering a new position at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) as per now

Tasks
  • Support in different administrative tasks within the sales and purchase backoffice
  • Manage orders and purchase orders, inventory adjustments, stock mutations, and master data within the ERP system
  • Support in organizing shipping of orders and logistical coordination
  • Handle various correspondence with customers, partners and suppliers
  • Reception and guest services
  • Backoffice replacement (holidays, various absence)
Requirements
  • Completed apprenticeship as commercial employee
  • At least three years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge in export of goods is a plus
  • Strong skills to accurately complete tasks assignments & responsibilities in timely manner
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, organizational and independence skills
  • Very good knowledge of usual MS Office tools as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Native speaker of French, German or English, very good knowledge in the other languages
  • Identification with the NORQAINER spirit (adventure, outdoor sports, young / dynamic)
