We are offering a new position at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) from March 1st, 2025 or by agreement
TasksYour mission:
- Assembling watch heads (fitting dials and hands and inserting watch cases)
- Straps fitting
- Minor alterations to movements/adjustments to rate
- Assembly of prototypes
- Diagnosis of watches returned from the market
Your skills:
- Training as a watchmaker
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Accurate and meticulous, with an interest in producing high-quality products
- Very good knowledge of German or French
- Passion for your profession, flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a growing company with a "builder" mindset
- Identification with the NORQAINER spirit (adventure, outdoor sports, young and dynamic)
