Für unseren Kunden Roche Diagnostics Schweiz AG mit Sitz in Rotkreuz suchen wir einen **Marketing Operations Manager **(m/w/d).
Hintergrund:
Roche Diagnostics (Schweiz) AG in Rotkreuz ist die Schweizer Marketing-, Vertriebs
- und Serviceorganisation der Division Diagnostics von Roche. Von hier aus werden Labors, Spitäler und Ärzte in der Schweiz mit Diagnostiksystemen und Dienstleistungen beliefert. RDS beschäftigt zirka 150 Mitarbeitende.
In der Position Marketing Operations Manager werden Sie für die Abteilung Marketing Operations der Schweizer Vertriebsorganisation Roche Diagnostics (Schweiz) AG tätig sein. Das Team versteht sich als Bindeglied zwischen unternehmerischen Zielen und verkäuferischer Umsetzung im Markt. Zu unseren Kernaufgaben gehört die Konzeption, Umsetzung, Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von Promotionsstrategie und -massnahmen, die Sicherstellung eines professionellen externen Auftritts sowie die Weiterentwicklung der internen Kommunikation.
**Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche**:
- Gestaltung des Ausbaus des Digitalen Marketings
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Optimierung der Eventstrategie
- Verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Umsetzung und Analyse von Omnichannel-Kampagnen für das Erreichen strategischer Ziele
- Verknüpfung digitaler und klassischer Touchpoints der Customer Journey und Schaffung einer einmaligen Customer Experience
- Reger Kontakt zu externen und internen Stakeholdern
- Hinterfragen bestehender Prozesse und selbstständig Lösungsvorschläge erarbeiten

**Must Haves**:
- Master oder Bachelor Abschluss in Marketing, Eventmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder Life Sciences mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Digital Marketing / Eventmanagement sowie fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Omnichannel-Kampagnen
- Konzeptionelle, selbständige und analytische Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt, Französisch ist von Vorteil
- Growth-Mindset und motiviert, in einem bereichsübergreifenden Team Neues auszuprobieren
- Proaktive, selbständige Persönlichkeit mit ausgezeichneten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten

- Digital Marketing Skills: Marketing-Automation (z.B. Marketo), Content Management Systems, Social Media Marketing, SEO/SEA, CRM, Web Analytics Tools, Design Tools sowie weitere Internet relevante Programme
- Event Skills: strategisches Eventmanagement, Projektmanagement für physische und virtuelle Events, Kenntnisse der state-of-the-art Event-Technologien und -Plattformen, Steuerung und Optimierung effizienter Eventmanagement-Prozesse in Absprache mit abteilungsübergreifenden Stakeholdern, Eventübergreifende Insights & Analytics Fähigkeiten zur stetigen Optimierung der Customer Experience; zielgruppenorientierte, kreative Konzeption
