An exciting opportunity exists for a talented CRM Marketing professional to join our newly created luxury travel brand “Explora Journeys” to support in the continuous development and delivery of the consumer website that represents a key touchpoint for our audience.

Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss Hospitality and luxury in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group's hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of four ships (currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and define the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travelers.
- You have minimum of 4-6 years of professional international experience in Luxury ecommerce environment. Experience in the travel\/hospitality industry is a plus;
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably with Salesforce;
- Experience in working in a fast -paced and evolving environment;
- Fluency in English - additional languages would be a plus;
- Details oriented;
- Team player with great collaboration skills;
- Familiar with the most popular project management software (JIRA, Confluence);
- Thinks entrepreneurially, demonstrates initiative, makes and own decisions and accepts full accountability.
- Define customer engagement communication and content framework for Explora Global newsletter communication (B2B + B2C) based on: business objectives, communication objectives & KPIs, wireframes of newsletters, tone of voice guidelines, SEO guidelines;
- Lead conversational calendar and ensure consistency in communications across Explora owned digital channels;
- Define content needs (qualitative & quantitative) for newsletter communication and new channels on a seasonal basis based on learnings and insights;
- Support the creation of specific communications across the customer journey (countdown, loyalty);
- Align with internal stakeholders to ensure business objectives and knowledge sharing;
- Support CRM Senior Lead in the development of new projects, features and functionalities according to business needs;
- Ensure the correct segmentations needs according to the different targets;
- Support the CRM Team in the monitoring of the database composition and segments update;
- Develop new templates for communications online.

In 2014, MSC Cruises launched a euro 9 billion, 10 year investment plan to support the second phase of its growth through the order of up to 11 next generation mega cruise ships. As a result, MSC Cruises' fleet will double by 2026, while the passenger capacity will triple to reach five million passengers per year. MSC Cruises is the first cruise company to develop an investment plan of this length and magnitude. MSC Cruises feels a deep responsibility for the environments in which it operates, and was the first company ever to earn the Bureau Veritas "7 Golden Pearls" for superior management and environmental stewardship.
