**Was du bei uns bewegst**:

- Dein Team entwickelt den Airlock Gateway/Microgateway. Airlock Gateway bietet Web Application Firewall (WAF) und API Security Funktionalität und erlaubt damit einen umfassenden Schutz von Webapplikationen und APIs vor Angriffen. Der Airlock Microgateway ist eine leichtgewichtige Version des Airlock Gateways und kann als Docker Container in Kubernetes/OpenShift-Umgebungen eingesetzt werden, um Zero-Trust-Anforderungen in Microservice-Architekturen zu erfüllen
- Du bist an der Neuentwicklung von Airlock Microgateway und einem damit verbundenen SaaS/Cloud-Service massgeblich beteiligt
- Neben der fachlichen Führung deines Teams arbeitest du Hands-on in der Produktentwicklung mit und steuerst das Team zur Einhaltung der Release-Ziele
- Du gestaltest unsere Produkte mit und probierst neue Entwicklungsmethoden aus
- Mit deinen Leadership-Qualitäten begeisterst und berätst du deine Teammitglieder und begeisterst sie zugleich für deine Ideen

**Welche Expertise du mitbringst**:

- Hochschulabschluss in Informatik (ETH/FH/Uni) oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Software Engineer und Architekt von komplexen Software-Lösungen
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden und Programmiersprachen wie Go, C++ oder Java
- Unternehmerische Denkweise und Erfahrung als Teamleiter:in und leidenschaftliches Interesse für Web Security zeichnen dich aus
- Du spielst eine tragende Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte aufgrund neuer Anforderungen
- Deine Entscheidungen triffst du sowohl auf den funktionalen Anforderungen als auch auf wirtschaftlichen Überlegungen
- Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Tools und Prozessen, Cloud-Technologien wie Kubernetes, Linux-Platformen und DevOps-Prozessen von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
