About the Product P&C Internship program

The Product function is one of PMI’s largest and most global central functions: we operate in 30+ locations and are at the center of PMI’s smoke-free future ambition, generating the technical designs for the future product platforms, improving their quality and driving the future innovation activities for the company. 20% of our central employees have a PhD, mostly in Engineering or Science, making this a highly stimulating environment to support from a human resources perspective. The HR team supporting Product has developed an exciting multi-year people strategy, covering all primary people and organizational levers: engagement, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, talent and inclusion & diversity. The internship program looks to develop future-generation HR business partners by exposing them to critical HR projects for the function and giving them responsibility for part of the delivery of these projects.

Who we’re looking for
- Essential experience and qualifications>
- Completed or currently studying for your BS or BA in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or Data & Analytics
- High can-do attitude and ability to work at pace
- Project management experience is welcomed
- Strong interest in people, organization and human resources aspects in business
- English essential, French a nice to have
- Good team spirit, collaborative attitude, keenness to learn fast

Description

Support in the delivery of one or two cross-Product project initiatives (as an example, Technical Career Pathways development). The intern will also have the opportunity to shadow one of the Product function’s more senior HR Business Partners and learn about their day to day work, and support some key activities in this space.

Finally, you will have a chance to work in a hugely stimulating and

international team - the Product P&C team counts 13 nationalities - and expand your professional toolkit.
