Im Rahmen der Neuausrichtung innerhalb des Vizerektorats "People & Culture" besetzen wir die dabei geschaffene Position „Leiter*in Corporate Culture“.

**Ihre Herausforderung**

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle sind Sie der Vizerektorin „People & Culture“ direkt unterstellt. Aktuell führen Sie insgesamt neun Mitarbeitende in den Fachbereichen „Leadership & Development“, „Diversity & Incusion“ sowie „Personal Integrity“. Mit Ihrem Engagement fördern und prägen Sie aktiv die Kultur, Diversität und die Führungskräfteentwicklung der Universität.

**Ihr Profil**

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium sowie ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung in „Leadership & Development“ und haben grosses Interesse an den Fachbereichen „Diversity & Inclusion“ sowie „Personal Integrity“. Idealerweise haben Sie in einem der genannten Themenbereiche promoviert.
Sie verfügen über ausgewiesene, mehrjährige Führungserfahrung und verständigen sich in Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher. Zudem sind Sie versiert in der Konzeptentwicklung und stark in der Umsetzung der gesetzten Ziele. Sie haben die Fähigkeit, Entwicklungen und Trends frühzeitig zu erkennen, um so die Universität national und international bestmöglich zu positionieren. Fundierte Kenntnisse der Schweizerischen Hochschullandschaft sind Voraussetzung für diese verantwortungsvolle Position.
