We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Corporate Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Corporate Donations & Sponsoring Department.

About the Department

The Corporate Donations & Sponsoring Department plays a vital role in supporting Roche's 10-year ambitions. Our team works tirelessly to deliver medical solutions and innovations that transform patients' lives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage confidential and time-sensitive situations, requiring adaptability, good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
  2. Provide administrative support to senior stakeholders, including CEOs and Chairs, and participate in corporate social responsibility activities.
  3. Create general reports and handle documents via Sharepoint and Concur, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Arrange visitor meetings and manage Roche Commissions and Young Commissions, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Assist in preparing agendas and meeting materials, fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, fluency in English and German, and experience working in diverse organizational cultures and structures. You should be tech-savvy, proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, and able to track and manage projects effectively.

A collaborative, professional, and responsive approach to work is essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and tactical execution skills are also required.
