First-class medical quality and the well-being of the individual are our focus. **YOUR TASKS** - Managing the calendar of the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain Management as well as regular exchange and maintenance of contacts and relations - Drafting and formatting documents and presentations - Streamline all meetings by preparing material, presentations, agendas, and action items as well as take minutes and monitor follow-ups - Lead/contribute to specific projects across the organization for medical categories or indirect (non-medical) spend - Supervise a trainee for 12 months **REQUIRED EDUCATION** - Basic commercial training and/or Matura as well as further training in the commercial field with federal certificate/diploma or equivalent training at a higher technical college - Several years of professional experience in handling correspondence, agenda management and protocol management, advantageously in industry, purchasing or health care - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP-MM advantageous - High service orientation as well as experience in operating in a complex global matrix organization - Forward thinking as well as independent, structured and solution-oriented working style - Very good knowledge of German and English, good knowledge of French is an advantage We offer you a challenging position in the largest private hospital group in Switzerland in a dynamic and innovative environment.
