Die Trivarga AG ist eine international tätige Unternehmensgruppe mit einem breiten Spektrum an Produkten und Dienstleistungen für die nationale und internationale Getränkeindustrie. Als führender Distributor für unabhängige Marken in der Schweiz sind wir seit Jahren wegweisend im Aufbau neuer Erfolgsprodukte. Für Dritte auf bisher vier Kontinenten entwickeln und produzieren wir zudem Getränke und Marken in einer breiten Vielzahl an Kategorien. Als agiler Innovator betreiben wir unsere eigene multinationale «Brand Engine», die jedes Jahr bis zu vier neue Marken für den internationalen Vertrieb lanciert.

**Welche Aufgaben wir für dich bereithalten**:

- Aufbereiten, Vermitteln und Weiterentwickeln des Kulturguts der Unternehmensgruppe und ihrer Grundwerte und Prinzipien.
- Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Wissensbasis innerhalb einer sich schnell entwickelnden und stark expandierenden Unternehmensgruppe.
- Ansprechperson sämtlicher Belange der internen und externen Unternehmenskommunikation.
- Mitverantwortung für den gesamten Onboardings Prozess.
- Unterstützung des Marketings in der Marketingkommunikation.

**Stellenanforderungen**:
**Was du dafür mitbringen solltest**:

- Ausgewiesenes Know How in der Vermittlung und dem Ausbau von Firmen-Kulturgut.
- Expertise in Corporate Culture, Corporate Communications und Knowledge Management Themen.
- Begeisterung im Umgang mit Menschen und dem Vermitteln von Wissen.
- Hohes Mass an Empathie, Charisma, vernetzten Denken und Sprachflair sowie Kreativität in Texting und Ausdrucksweise.
- Betreuung sämtlicher Business Units der Gruppe, national wie international in fliessendem Deutsch und Englisch.
