**Mission**:

- Diriger et gérer le fonctionnement quotidien des services aux clients (Conciergerie et Réception)
- Assurer un excellent niveau de service et d’accueil auprès de la clientèle
- Surveiller et traiter personnellement les plaintes clients en cas de besoin
- Superviser la bonne attribution des résidences et la mise en place des accueils VIP
- Coordonner les informations entre les différents services pour assurer un service d’excellence
- Définir et mettre en place les procédures et standards opérationnels avec l’aide de la direction
- Réaliser l’ensemble des tâches administratives du département en collaboration avec la direction
- Élaborer et vérifier les plannings de ses équipes en conformité avec la législation en vigueur
- Organiser et animer les réunions d’équipe
- Maintenir un haut niveau de grooming et s’assurer de celui de son équipe
- Assurer la transmission des informations à son équipe
- Promouvoir les propriétés de la collection Ultima
- Promouvoir les campagnes de sustainability initiées par le groupe

**Profil**:

- Formation supérieure en école hôtelière, assortie d'une expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire, dans l'hôtellerie de luxe
- Connaissance des attentes et exigences d’une clientèle haut de gamme
- Connaissance des standards et procédures des établissements de grand luxe
- Très bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit) - Une 3ème langue reste un atout (Allemand, Arabe, Russe)
- Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques (Pack Office) - PMS Protel un atout
- Compétences en gestion de projet
- Solides compétences managériales et connaissance des règles de travail
- Excellent relationnel client
