**Project Support Associate m/w/d 100%**:
**Ihre Herausforderung**
- Erstellen von Berichtsdokumenten basierend auf den vom Kunden bereitgestellten Link-Informationen
- Beauftragung von externen Dienstleistern für Übersetzungs
- und/oder regulatorische Prüfungen
- Erfassen und Überprüfen von Übersetzungsaufträgen in einer kundenspezifischen Softwarelösung
- Verwalten der Kundenbibliothek, die individuell auf die Kundenbedürfnisse zugeschnitten ist
- Erstellen oder Hochladen von Listen für Zusammenstellungen von Kits
- Aufgeben von Bestellungen für die Herstellung von Etiketten/Broschüren
- Eintragen der genehmigten Link-Berichte des Kunden in das System

**Ihre Kompetenz**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Backoffice
- Gute Computerkenntnisse (MS Office)
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
- Verständnis und Anwendung der Qualitätsstandards des Unternehmens
- Kommunikative, selbständige, organisationsstarke, dienstleistungsorientierte und konzentrierte Persönlichkeit
