For our location in Allschwil/Basel we are looking for an office based

Project Support Associate Labeling
The
Project Support Associate (PSA) provides support to the Project Manager Team.

Specifically, the PSA assists the Project Manager in translation management, getting country approval of proofs and crafting Links reports for printing.

The PSA build/upload Kit list and is doing other administrative work for the PM Team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build Links Reports based on client supplied information
  • Request Translation and or Regulatory review from our external vendor
  • Build or double check Translations Work Order in ATLAS or client specific software
  • Maintain the client specific ATLAS client library
  • Build or upload Kit List
  • Place Label/booklets orders for manufacturing
  • Log client approved Links Reports into the System (CMAP)
  • Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas

Your Qualifications:

  • You have a professional degree, preferably in a back office and or client services field
  • You have good communication, interpersonal skills and project coordination skills
  • You are a strong and effective communicator with the ability to successfully present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients
  • Good verbal and written communication in German. English is an advantage
