**For our DACH, I, F Cluster we are looking for a**

**Learning and Development Manager M/F/D**

Workload| 80-100%

**Together with your team colleagues, based in different stations, you will be responsible for personnel development at the Swissport stations.**

**Your workplace will be at your local station, with regular and close contacts and personal exchange with **colleagues from **other stations.**

**YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle the professional development of our employees, focusing on the needs of employees and the company
- Contribute to the further development of leadership at all levels
- Advise managers and Business Line Leaders, on team development, cultural development, and organisational development
- Evaluate individual and organisational development needs and provide the best solution
- Help employees to unfold to their best potential
- Design and deliver global and local learning measures and programs
- Guarantee harmonized and standardized staff development activities
- Ensure the implementation and further development tools
- Design e-learning courses, workshops and career plans
- Be the contact person for management and HR partners on the above-mentioned topics

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Advanced education level in human resources, preferably in personnel and organisational development
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- You have excellent communication skills, are fluent in German and English (both C1) and have very good knowledge in Italian (B2), French (B2) is a plus
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as organisational flair
- Experience in projects and process-oriented work, round off your profile
