Upwork has partnered with an enterprise client who's a data factory for generative AI, providing high-quality, differentiated data to leading model builders and enterprise AI teams.
**Job Description** Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Problem Solving**: Break down complex problems into clear, step-by-step solutions and guide the AI through the reasoning process. Teach the model how to approach, understand, and solve problems logically and effectively.
- ** Red Teaming**: Identify potential biases, inaccuracies, or limitations within the AI’s knowledge base. Design and execute tests that challenge the AI's boundaries, ensuring its outputs are reliable, unbiased, and applicable in real-world situations.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Collaborate with AI engineers, researchers, and other team members to integrate feedback and improve the AI model’s performance. Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the system to meet real-world needs and expectations.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**:

- ** Native Proficiency in German**: Must have native fluency in German with excellent writing skills to clearly articulate complex feedback and explanations.
- ** Residency in Switzerland**: Applicants must be residents of Switzerland and have a deep understanding of the local language, culture, and context.
- ** Education**: An Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution is required.
- ** Professional Writing Experience**: Previous experience in a writing-intensive role, such as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, or editor, is preferred but not required. Strong written communication skills are essential.
