Upwork has partnered with an enterprise client who's a data factory for generative AI, providing high-quality, differentiated data to leading model builders and enterprise AI teams.
- **
Educating AI**: Analyze AI-generated content and provide structured feedback aimed at improving the AI’s ability to generate accurate, relevant, and contextually appropriate responses. Your input will help enhance the AI's overall performance and ability to tackle complex, real-world problems.
- ** Red Teaming**: Identify biases, inaccuracies, and gaps in the AI's knowledge base. Design and conduct test cases that challenge the AI's limits and ensure the outputs remain accurate, reliable, and appropriate for real-world use.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with AI development teams to provide actionable insights and ensure that feedback loops are incorporated into ongoing AI model improvements.

**Qualifications**
- ** Native Italian Language Proficiency**: Fluent in Italian with excellent writing and communication skills in the language.
- ** Educational Background**: Associate's degree (or higher) from an accredited institution is required.
- ** Preferred Experience**:

- Experience in professional writing or research roles such as journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar fields.
- Familiarity with AI systems or prior experience in AI-related tasks such as feedback analysis or training is a plus but not essential.
