The Global Marketing & Communications Manager - BU Building Technology will formulate an effective marketing and communications strategy for the key market segments, driving campaigns and plans alongside Product Management and Business Development Management to ensure sustainable growth.

The ambition is to set best-in-class standards for marketing and communications, amplifying the GF Piping Systems brand and influencing the customer buying journey and retention efforts.

**Global Marketing & Communications Manager (M/F/d) - BU Building Technology - Vertical Solutions**:

**Your tasks**:

- Define, develop, and implement segment-focused marketing strategies alongside Business Development Management and Product Management that support the global, regional, and local business objectives across the core marketing disciplines
- Deliver requirements of segment-focused campaign briefs and projects on time and budget
- Drive sales effectiveness by ensuring the appropriate segment, system, and product knowledge for each salesperson, ensuring how to expand
- Oversee sales enablement for assigned segments by coordinating the preparation of relevant learning and development materials, including webinars, eLearning, and Showpad developments to the Sales team(s)
- Regularly monitor and analyze marketing program effectiveness and performance
- Collaborate with the external and internal communications team, sales companies, and external agencies to ensure increased media coverage and the internal awareness of success stories and thought leadership topics relevant to key strategic focuses

**Your profile**:

- Solid B.A./B.S. degree,
- 3+ years experience in B2B marketing and communications within the technology sector
- Proven record of accomplishment in managing marketing campaigns and programs - their content and roll-out, coordinating the various stakeholders and content owners to deliver high-quality campaigns and programs.
- Finely honed project management skills, in addition to a keen sense of initiative, flexibility, and resourcefulness
- Well-developed communication and organizational skills
- Fluent command of English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel on business assignments (20%)
