Intern Sales Enablement

**Your tasks****:

- Work in close collaboration with the global and regional sale enablement managers and the sales enablement specialists to conduct needs analysis assessment and conduct competency mapping of the sales organization
- Work in close collaboration with the global and regional sale enablement managers and the sales enablement specialists to develop world class digital training content
- Work in close collaboration with the marketing team to support new products campaigns with the needed sales enablement material
- Roll out of our new sales and marketing onboarding program GForce across the organization
- Manage the onboarding community channels and coordinate global communication
- Work with the Data Analytics team to develop new dashboards to support sales leadership decision process

**Your profile****:

- Self-driven, well organized and independent
- Curious, patient and creative mind with good communication skills
- Fluent in English (oral and written), plus any other European language
- Very good working experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office, esp. Power Point and Excel
- Power Bi knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
- Articulate 360 knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
- Bachelors' degree in Marketing/Education/Instructional design/Business
- Flexibility to travel international
