Do you want to be in charge of building strong relationships with distributors? And are you geared to define and deliver on an ambitious growth agenda?

We are looking for a driven and ambitious commercial leader to lead a team of four regional sales directors and a Back-office Manager and who has a talent for building relationships and trust with commercial partners.
Demant Hearing Aid Export is responsible for the maintenance and growth of Oticon, Bernafon, Sonic and Philips hearing aids brands in “Export markets”, where hearing aids are marketed and sold via local Distributors (“Partners”).
We currently sell hearing aids in 80 export markets.

If you have an ambition to “own” the development of two brands, if you have the energy and the creativity to drive the development of the business forward, and if you consider yourself an empathic and motivational person, who can drive the team and partners to new heights, then keep reading.
The most important task by far, however, is to build strong relationships and trust with the Partners. We can only expect great things from them (including their investment behind the brand they have been entrusted) if there is trust and a belief in a common future. And we expect and insist for Partners to invest and grow.
The aim is to actively engage in the Partners’ business and use the experiences from within Demant and from other Bernafon and Sonic Partners actively in the plans. We are currently building a tool-box based on Commercial Excellence principles which can be applied where relevant in the markets. So, managing this “give and take” is the reason we are looking for great inter-personal skills.

Demant Hearing Aid Export is organized under one leadership, but the brands compete against each other in the vast majority of markets. You must have a talent to navigate in this complex environment.

**You can answer “YES” to most of the following statements**
- I have a relevant educational background and/or experience in sales, marketing, key account management or similar
- I have a solid track record of delivering tangible results based on long-term relationships
- I have several years’ experience with P&L responsibility
- I have empathy and social skills to lead a multi-national team and to engage Partners across the globe
- I can forge durable relationships with Partners to secure continued trust and investment behind the brands
- I insist on understanding my business and spend time analysing performance
- I can mobilise support behind my plans and ideas within Demant

**The structure**

It will be considered an advantage if you speak German.
Moreover, frequent travel to Partners across the Globe should be expected.
