- Führung von Projekten im Bereich Personalentwicklung, Transformation und Einführung neuer HR-Prozesse
- Beratung und Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden im People-Kreis
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams und Ansprechpartner für alle Themen im Bereich People & Culture
- und Employee-Experience sowie strategische Ausrichtung der People-Kultur
- Begleitung des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses, inklusive Active Sourcing
- Initiierung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Personalentwicklungsmassnahmen
- Ausbau nachhaltiger und innovativer Fach
- und Leadershipentwicklung
- Optional: Beitrag zum Employer Branding und Unterstützung bei HR-Tools Entwicklung

- Entwicklung eines neuen Lohnmodells
- Ausbau der Feedbackkultur
- Konzept & Einführung von Mitarbeiterbeteiligung (Aktien)

- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Beratung von Organisationseinheiten und Teams
- Expertise in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Organisations
- und Personalentwicklungsmassnahmen
- Interesse an rollenbasierten Organisationen
- Organisationstalent, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Hands-on Mentalität
- Fachhochschulabschluss im Bereich HR
- Dienstleistungsverständnis, Lösungsorientierung und Freude an direkter Zusammenarbeit
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
