For our Bern site, we are currently looking for a

**Project Operational Change Management Lead**

This strategic project aims to implement the bulk, filling, lyophilization, and finish manufacturing capacity to support the launch and first years of supply of the new product.

The incumbent will have a key role in the project team and acts as the GMP-Change leader for the assigned project.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support strategy and set up details of the control change (CC) concept for the project to ensure efficient delivery on time and quality
- Support the design of the implementation strategy for the relevant changes in the project
- Have an overview of the GMP-control changes the landscape of the project, leads overall co-ordination of the CC concept ensuring implementation in meaningful sequencing of all sub-related change requests
- Ensure change status & tracking management
- Act as a QMS Change qualified coordinator for defined changes to ensure the implementation of the manufacturing processes (Bulk to finished goods) for the commercial production
- Ensure interface with other CSL sites to implement global changes

**Your skills and experience**
- Degree in natural or engineering sciences or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
- 5 years of experience related to change management in the pharmaceutical environment
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills
- Strong and effective interpersonal skills including verbal and written communications
- Ability to work effectively with diverse and global cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in German and English language
