About the TEAM
Online and Offline channels team manages channel content strategy and asset creation for eCRM, Web, Retail, Paid Media and Social Media. The team specializes in creating omnichannel experiences that give the consumer a consistent journey from learning about our products, to purchase and post purchase experiences.
Who we’re looking for
A Storyteller with ability to build strong narratives to inspire, engage and convert consumers, across all touch points. An astute briefer with proven ability to drive and evaluate agency work
A consumer-focused individual
Attention to detail
The ability to work closely and brief creative partners and agencies
An individual that can build collaborative relationships, demonstrates empathy and resilience
The ability to thrive in a complex matrix environment and can work with ambiguity
The ability to understand, interact and effectively communicate with creatives
Roles & Objectives
Deliver CRM content strategy and toolboxes for brand, product, programs & services toolboxes
Ensure data driven decision making by constantly following up with markets for key insights on toolbox deployment and insights
Participate in the briefing process with agencies
Ensure interlocks with cross functional teams
