Our client is a recognized brand in the luxury industry
Your main mission will be to participate in the conception, organization and management of events, brand experiences and certain content within the "Corporate" division and in collaboration with the external partners of our client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will participate in the development of new experiences, new concepts and new content related to the products and the brand while building the related budgets;
You plan and ensure the successful completion of the various stages of internal and external projects and events;
You research, select and coordinate the various external service providers related to the project or event;
You monitor new trends, technological developments and external service providers to ensure that the brand remains a reference in the sector;
Finally, you are the point of contact with our subsidiaries by sharing guidelines and giving the necessary support to obtain qualitative events that are representative of the brand's values and codes.
PROFILE
You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or have attended a Hotel School;
You have at least 5 years of experience in organizing events for a brand or an agency;
You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken;
You are proactive and know how to manage stress and unexpected events;
You are rigorous and organized, you are known for your planning skills;
Finally, you are flexible and precise, you have an eye for detail.
