About the team you are joining

You would be joining the Training Team in Geneva as the Communications Intern. We are an international team looking for someone who can demonstrate their ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with excellent interpersonal skills, be persistent and have a positive can-do attitude.

What your day would be like

Your day-to-day responsibilities would include crafting and updating internal and external communication content using the written word, video and photos on a variety of communications channels. This will include updating course outlines and other material following IATA's branding guidelines, filming and editing videos, helping to maintain the iata.org/training website and boosting IATA Training's presence on social media.
You should be able to think openly, imaginatively and creatively You must enjoy working in a fast-paced, high workload environment; have proven organizational skills; the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously. You will also be required to maintain high attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines.

We would love to hear from you if

You have recently graduated (in the last year) with a degree in Communications*? (*or equivalent). You have strong communication skills, solid experience in video production, previous experience in social media management, website management, and knowledge of data analytics.
Hold a university degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
Have excellent English skills (verbal and written), with knowledge of other languages an asset.
Be highly computer-literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro), Canva, and Hootsuite (or similar).
Be familiar with SharePoint, with knowledge of EPiServer and/or WordPress a plus.
Be ready to share ideas and support the growth and reach of IATA Training through our social media channels.
