Operations Project Manager

Contract: Temporary for Maternity Cover
Duration: 8 months
- Plan, monitor and manage cross-functional projects sponsored by the operations department, specifically regarding manufacturing transfer, continuous process improvement and establishment of Operations partners relationships
- Plan, monitor and manage activities and meetings between operations departments
- Take and share meeting minutes and appropriately follow up on deliverables
- Track, report and ensure that all projects/tasks are delivered on time, within the scope and budget
- Collaborate effectively with the R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Customer support, Sales and Operations teams to achieve the projects' goals
- Coordinate internal resources for the execution of projects/tasks
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Report Operations activities and project progress in a clear and detailed manner

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering degree or Bachelor's or master’s degree in a technical/scientific field or business field
- Experience of at least 1 year in project management, budgeting, and analysis
- Experience in ISO 9001 is a plus
- Experience working with medical devices is a plus
- Proficiency in English (at least C1)
- You enjoy interacting with people, bringing advice and solutions to them, and demonstrate excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to collaborate with others by working in a team, and sharing information with peers and managers
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- You demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Asana is a strong plus
