**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to strengthen our Project Management team. This role is cross-functional at the interface of the R&D, Marketing, Product Management as well as Operations departments. Your mission will be to manage and coordinate activities of multidisciplinary Product Development projects in order to achieve project goals on time and within pre-defined scope and budget.
As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible of the following:
- Lead the cross-functional team on the execution of product development project(s) and issue resolution.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Coordinate the project(s) among different stakeholders and ensure smooth communication.
- Collaborate effectively with the R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Customer support, Manufacturing, QA/RA and Supply chain teams in order to achieve the goals of the project(s) on time and within budget.
- Align project priorities and co-pilot the project strategy together with the Project Sponsor, including evaluation of scenarios and options.
- Manage project risks and their corresponding mitigations.
- Report project progresses in a clear and detailed manner, creating/updating the key related documents.
**Qualifications**:
- Validated experience of at least 2 years in a similar position, PMP certification or similar is a plus.
- MSc. in biomedical engineering, life science or similar field.
- Working knowledge of project management tools.
- Experience in the field of medical device product development, ISO9001 and/or V&V process is a plus.
- Good understanding of spatial biology techniques and associated reagents.
- Proficiency in English (at least C1).
