Role Summary

PMI is committed to ensuring that close third parties, such as distributors, business intermediaries, consultants, etc. adhere to PMI´s standards of ethics and compliance, as set forth in our Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption Policy.

The Manager, Third-Party Compliance and Due Diligence will further develop and implement PMI´s third-party compliance and due diligence program.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement third-party compliance and due diligence program, with a special focus on related principles as outlined in our Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption.
- Work with external vendor, internal IT and other relevant functions (Legal, Procurement, etc.) to develop and implement a technology solution to manage and oversee relevant third parties
- Establish internal policies and standards relating to due diligence and oversight of third parties
- Oversight and support of local and regional compliance officers in their execution of required due diligence and implementation of mitigating measures
- Hands-on advice and execution of high-risk or high-profile due diligence reviews
- Advice and counselling on third-party compliance risks
- Ensure alignment with other functions involved in third party compliance and due diligence

Profile
- At least 10 years of experience in compliance, with a focus on anti-corruption compliance and/or third-party compliance/due diligence program experience preferred.
- University Degree in Law, Business, or another relevant field
- In-depth experience with due diligence and third-party compliance, with a special focus on Anti-corruption standards and best-practices.
- Experience developing and implementing due diligence standards, assessment protocols, questionnaires, mitigating measures.
- Experience in end-to-end IT systems implementations and management of systems-based processes/programs preferred, including experience with enhancement opportunity identification, requirements gathering and documentation, system testing, and user training.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Ability to oversee complex projects and lead them to successful completion in an organized, efficient, and effective manner.
- Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate, and communicate effectively with colleagues across organization entities/departments, geographies, and cultures.
- Experience managing and influencing change and overcoming adversity.
- Competency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data repository and presentation tools.
