Waystone is a fund services company, specialised mainly in the fund representation and fund distribution services for foreign investment funds in Switzerland.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Due diligence over the funds requesting representation services and onboarding/KYC of new clients.
- Follow-up and monitoring on the funds represented by Waystone.
- Communication with FINMA for the funds authorised for public offer in Switzerland.
- Consolidation of fund legal documents in English and French.
- Regulatory watch on updates from FINMA and AMAS.
- Administrative tasks as and when required.
- Provide support to management with regards to key strategic projects.
- Collaborate with other functions (e.g., Risk, Operations, the Firm’s General Counsel & external advisors) as necessary.
- Provide regular reports to the Head of Compliance/Risk allowing them to keep the senior management team & board suitably advised on regulatory / compliance risks and issues.
- Participation in relevant industry events

**Required Skills**:

- Undergraduate degree ideally in Business, Economics or Finance.
- Previous working knowledge and a minimum of three years’ experience with financial services, preferably within the fund industry.
- Understanding of the legal structure of the different types of investment funds.
- Fluently spoken and written French and English are indispensable. German is not mandatory but appreciated. Other languages a plus.
- Excellent organisational skills - an ability to prioritise multiple tasks concurrently.
- Developed critical sense, ability to analyse and raise potential issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledgeable in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
