This role involves assisting in preparing and submitting financing requests to banks, managing trade finance documentation and due diligence processes, and maintaining accurate records of sales invoice domiciliation.
As part of the finance team, you will work closely with the Trade Finance Manager to execute responsibilities and ensure the smooth running of the department. Your primary duties will include:
- Assisting in preparing and submitting financing requests to banks under the guidance of the Trade Finance Manager.
- SUPPORTING THE MANAGEMENT OF TRADE FINANCE DOCUMENTATION AND DUE DILIGENCE PROCESSES.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales invoice domiciliation and updating financing positions and open invoices.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
