- Zum weiteren Ausbau unseres erfolgreichen und wachsenden Steuerteams in Zürich suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n qualifizierte:n Anwältin/Anwalt oder Ökonomin/Ökonomen mit Schwerpunkt Finanz & Rechnungswesen.- Unternehmenskäufe und -finanzierung, Umstrukturierungen und Sanierungen, Internationale Konzernsteuerplanung und Verrechnungspreise, Mobile Arbeitswelt (Homeoffice, digitale Nomaden) und Executive Compensation, Nachfolgeplanung, Tax Litigation. In diesen und weiteren Themen berät das Steuerteam unsere führende, international ausgerichtete Anwaltskanzlei mit Büros in Zürich, Genf und Lausanne. Unsere oft internationale Klientel, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kollegen aus anderen Teams der Kanzlei und häufig zusammen mit ausländischen Korrespondenzanwälten.
- Ihre Qualifikationen- Überdurchschnittlich gut abgeschlossenes Ius
- oder BWL-Studium; ggf. Anwaltspatent
- Diplom als dipl. Steuerexperte oder Bereitschaft, eine entsprechende Ausbildung zu absolvieren
- Engagierte und ambitionierte Persönlichkeit
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
