**Legal Internship**

Die Bayer Consumer Care AG bietet regelmässig qualifizierten Nachwuchsjuristen/innen sechs
- bis neunmonatige Volontariate. Sei dabei und hilf uns, Bayer nach vorne zu bringen - und Deine Karriere gleich mit

Für einen Start zwischen 1. Mai und 1. Juli suchen wir Dich für ein sechs
- bis neunmonatiges Volontariat im Rahmen Deiner juristischen Ausbildung.

**DEINE AUFGABEN UND LERNFELDER**

Von Beginn an wirst Du in die Mandats
- und Projektarbeit eingebunden. Uns ist selbständiges Arbeiten sehr wichtig, weil wir glauben, dass Du davon am meisten profitierst. Gleichwohl steht Dir natürlich stets ein/e Jurist/in zur Seite.

Du lernst die vielschichtigen juristischen Fragestellungen im internationalen Unternehmens
- und Konzernzusammenhang kennen. Die Rechtsgebiete sind dabei so vielseitig wie unser Unternehmen und die Menschen, die bei uns arbeiten. Sie umfassen u.a. Gesundheits
- und LifeSciencerecht, Datenschutzrecht, allgemeines Zivilrecht mit Schwerpunkt im Vertragsrecht, Kartellrecht, Arbeitsrecht, Steuerrecht und Compliance.
- Rechts
- und Einzelfallabklärungen
- Selbstständiges Verfassen von juristischer Korrespondenz
- Telefonische und persönliche Rechtsberatung
- Teilnahme an M&A Projekten
- Teilnahme an Restrukturierungen
- Erstellen und Prüfen von Verträgen und ähnlichen rechtlichen Dokumenten
- Kooperation mit anderen Bayer Gesellschaften global

**WAS DU MITBRINGST**
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes schweizerisches juristisches Studium (Master) oder bist kurz vor dem Abschluss
- Du arbeitest gerne selbständig, aber auch als Teil eines Teams in einem kollegialen Umfeld und hast bereits erste praktische Arbeitserfahrung
- Du hast Interesse an internationalen und zivilrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Du hast Freude im Umgang mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Kulturen und mit unterschiedlichen Standpunkten
- Im Kontakt mit unseren KollegInnen, Mandanten und Partnern kannst du auf sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse zurückgreifen
- Dank deiner kooperativen Art findest Du Dich schnell ins Team einund Deine Neugier und Dein Engagement helfen dir dabei, Dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
