Your Role

As a BlueCallom Office Administrator, you will be wearing different hats. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual who can manage a diverse range of tasks with precision and professionalism. One of the key roles is to be a first point of contact between customers, partners, vendors, media and the market in general. You will be instrumental in facilitating internal and external communications, coordinating day-to-day activities, and supporting key business functions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about AI-driven innovation. Any experience in taking care of business reporting, financials and budgets is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role, ideally in a tech or start-up environment
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and experience preparing management reports, with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel)

As Office Administrator you will
- Arranging meetings, calls
- Being the first point of contact
- Customer communication (calls and mail)
- Marketing production logistics
- Help with event organization
- Help with general research
- Prepare the financials and budgets for bookkeeping
- Leadership presentations

We are looking for people who fluently speak English and German.

Our office is next to the lake, the opera, and the city center. There are tram/bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance. We are all happy to think, create, work, and grow together. We are all BTO (Back to Office).
