Job description
In this role you will be responsible for the global division management reporting connected to the business, ensuring data accuracy, analysing the figures and visualizing to present key information to the top management.
Reporting to the Controlling Division Management, you will be located in Switzerland but have a close collaboration with our main countries in Switzerland, China and Japan.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the global Division management reporting, including data collection, consolidation, analysis and visualization for actuals, forecast and budget- Design and continually improve management dashboard to provide business insights and support the decision making of the global Division management team- Coordination with Local Division controllers in different countries on recurring and ad-hoc controlling topics as well as compliance with internal control requirements- Organization of the strategic planning processYour background:
- University degree in finance and accounting or similar- At least 3-4 years’ experience in controlling or finance-related- Fluent in English- Advanced MS Excel skills- Flair for data analysis and visualization for the top management- Visualization tool (e.g. Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) and/or advanced analytics skills are a plus- Self-driven personality, good communication skills, precise and well-structured working method
