**Job description**:
Für unseren renommierten Kunden in der Lebensmittelbranche in der Umgebung von Genf suchen wir einen erfahrenen und engagierten Key Account Manager (m/w/d). **Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen zu Schlüsselkunden im Lebensmittelbereich
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien zur Steigerung des Umsatzes und der Marktanteile
- Analyse der Markt
- und Wettbewerbssituation, um Chancen und Risiken frühzeitig zu erkennen
- Erarbeitung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen für Kundenbedürfnisse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Abteilungen (z.B. Produktentwicklung, Marketing)
- Verhandlung und Abschluss von Verträgen sowie kontinuierliche Überwachung der Vertragsperformance
- Regelmäßiges Reporting an das Management und Erstellung von Forecasts
- Betreuung der Kunden vor Ort und Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
**Profile**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung als Verkaufsspezialist/in und/oder CAS KAM oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Key Account Management, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelbranche
- Ausgeprägte Vertriebs
- und Verhandlungskompetenz sowie strategisches Denkvermögen
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Zielorientierung und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Hervorragende Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CRM-Systemen
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität
