**Your Role and Responsibilities**
As Associate Partner you are responsible for managing the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise. Develop relationships with key buyers and decision
- makers at new and/or existing clients; protect and grow the business. Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internally.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
We are looking for a professional with:
Minimum of 8 years selling professional services, consulting and outsourcing deals in a senior solution, sales management and/or bid management capacity
- Demonstrate deep content, industry and business acumen within area of sales
- Experience building relationships with and selling to C-level executive clients
- Successful proven track record against multiple million-dollar sales target
- Experience across Life Science & Industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of contract commercial constructs
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Effective negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills
- Flexibility to accommodate client and project travel requirements.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, MBA from top tier program preferred
