CORNFELD supports a public listed industrial group in the search and selection of the Global HR Business Partner who will report directly to the Head HR.

In your role you add value by influencing the sustainable performance of the company:

- You set the framework for Leadership & culture, Organizational development,
- Talent management, and the overall compensation model that caters for the specific needs of the company and its markets.
- You implement the strategy and influance leadership behaviors, decision taking, and performance.
- You go beyond consulting and coaching and take ownership of the outcome and impact on the business.
- You champion integrity and compliance in all the company does and represents.

Tasks

Infrastructure & Processes
Driving implementation of global operating rhythm for all production sites globally (Switzerland, Malaysia, Taiwan, Romania).

Organization
Ensure organizational alignment and evolution driving stability, scalability and performance.

Talent Development & Performance Management
Lead talent review / calibration and drive follow up.
Support in implementation of succession planning.
Ensure People Managers drive individual and team performance improvement at all levels.

Engagement
Fostering a “One Company” culture by helping leaders to leverage resources and information across the matrix to maximize efficiency and impact.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers through an environment that fosters communication and cooperation.
Promote and foster a culture and environment that supports productivity, empowerment, feedback and recognition.
Coach managers as a performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in people management.

HR Leadership
Lead HR Operations and local HR Business Partners. Collaborate within the global HR Team to ensure initiatives and projects are designed and implemented that enhance the HR contribution to the business.
Participating in or leading global or regional HR Projects.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Global HR leadership experience with a leading industrial company based in Switzerland
- Solid strategic HR experience in consulting, coaching and mentoring management level stakeholders and implementing HR initiatives
- Strong change management and organizational development skills
- Empathy and perceptiveness with a winning personality, pragmatic and hands-on to things outside of the traditional area of responsibility
- Strong leadership in dynamic and especially growth environments
- Familiar with modern HR working methods, processes and tools
- Excellent German and English skills
