- Job Title**:_**Compliance Coordinator**Purpose**:
The Compliance Coordinator will generally assist in administrative oversight and documentation of Exactech international offices’ interactions with healthcare professionals, events, transparency and communicating and training individual offices on Compliance policies, programs, and processes.
**Duties and Responsibilities (Key Deliverables)**:
1. Coordinate Compliance activities ensuring that submissions are timely and compliance objectives are met.
2. Monitor and evaluate submissions and reports relative to Exactech’s Compliance processes to ensure that company employees and affiliates consistently adhere to the highest ethical standards and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements and the Exactech Compliance and Ethics Program.
3. Collaborates with departments to develop positive and proactive approaches to ensuring compliance with
Exactech’s Compliance and Ethics Program, local and international laws. Participates in good practices training of functional areas and assists in the development of training sessions where needed.
4. Organize, review and publish documents and reports for the Compliance Office.
5. Organize and execute specific Compliance related activities, under the direction of the Compliance team leaders including: a. Coordinate and perform the review of Interaction Requests and Records, Educational Grants and
Charitable Donations (EG & CD) as appropriate. b. Coordinate and perform the review process for all HCP Interaction Requests made by Exactech’s international employees requesting interaction with HCPs where there will be some form of transfer of value to these HCPs in the countries. c. Review all HCP Interaction Records of actual expense or transfer of value to ensure these expenses are within Company expense guidelines. Take appropriate communication and documentation actions for the approvals. d. Review all events and related expenses to ensure that the compliance documentation is available before any approval (for example approval by MedTech, local and international notifications, etc.).
6. Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary in the execution of the Exactech Compliance and Ethics Program.
7. Performs the coordination and preparation of internal and external audits and compliance in accordance with regulatory standards, as directed by the Compliance team leader.
8. Support in the preparation of the transparency requirements, where required.

**Job Requirements**:
- Education**:_
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required; Master’s Degree preferred
**Experience**: **Minimum 3 years business experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries**
- Experience with European Union healthcare-related Compliance laws, rules, codes of conduct and guidelines (e.g., United Kingdom Anti-Bribery Act, US FCPA, Medtech Europe, APACMed, FENIN Code, Anti-corruption law inFrance, Transparency regulations, data privacy, etc.) preferred.**Functional/Technical**
**Multilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English required.**
**Other languages **Knowledge, Skills and **preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and solve cross-functional issues.
- Demonstrate the ability to interact with others to positively influence good decision making.
- Certified compliance professional is a plus
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 20%
