**About the role**:
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our growing team by ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. Reporting to the HR Lead, you will be responsible for various HR areas, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, HR administration, and on/offboarding processes. This role is crucial in maintaining our company's commitment to providing a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.

**What you'll do**:
1. Recruitment:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job postings.
- Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in making final hiring decisions and offers.
- Maintain and update job descriptions as needed.

2. Payroll and Benefits (BE, US office and remote workers):

- Process payroll in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other perks.

3. HR Administration:

- Maintain accurate employee records, both physical and digital.
- Maintain HR software and databases to ensure data integrity.
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management as needed.

4. Onboarding and Offboarding:

- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Coordinate the offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions.

5. Compliance and Policies:

- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

6. Support HR Lead:

- Collaborate with the HR Lead on special projects and initiatives.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed.

**What you'll bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of HR coordination or generalist experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools: we use Slack, Notion, Asana, hiBob, Recruitee,...
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
