**AUF EINEN BLICK**
- Als Teil eines Projektteams bist Du für die Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Meetings verantwortlich. Live, hybrid oder virtuell.
- Für unsere Dienstleister und Partner sowie operative Stakeholder auf Kundenseite bist Du der erste Ansprechpartner, der proaktiv, fundiert und leidenschaftlich den ständigen Austausch vorantreibt und so Kollegen und Dienstleister mit allen relevanten Informationen versorgt.
- Du hilfst mit, das Budget und die Zielvorgaben Deiner Projekte aktuell zu halten und einzuhalten, koordinierst die Ausschreibung von Dienstleistern und Gewerken sowie die Betreuung von Partnern.
- Während der Durchführung der Veranstaltungen sorgst Du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kundenmanagement und in der Planung von Meetings.
- Deine guten organisatorischen Fähigkeiten und Zeitmanagement machen es Dir leicht, mehrere komplexe Projekte und Zeitpläne zu verwalten und Fristen zu setzen und einzuhalten.
- Teamorientierung, Kommunikations
- und Kooperationsfähigkeit, sicheres und freundliches Auftreten auf allen Ebenen.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein add-on.
