Für meine Mandantin, eine Schweizer Microsoft Gold Unternehmensberatungen, die sich auf das Customer Engagement konzentriert und ihren Kunden mit über 500 Mitarbeitern (davon knapp 100 FTE in der Schweiz) maßgeschneiderten Lösungen in den Themenfelder: Marketing-, Sales
- und Service-Prozesse einen großen Mehrwert anbietet, suchen wir aktuellen nach einem Solution Architect, der sich im Consulting zu Hause fühlt und auf dem Markt von der Kundschaft als «MVP» geschätzt und anerkannt wird.

Aufgaben

Bist du unser Experte? Als Microsoft Dynamics CE Solution Architect führst du Fit/Gap-Analysen durch, um das Lösungsdesign zu definieren, einschließlich der Soll-Prozesse der Lösungsarchitektur und des Integrationsdesigns und behälts den Migrationsansatzes der nicht-funktionalen (z. B. Leistungs-) Anforderungen im Blick. Als Solution Architect leitest du Kundenworkshops für die Prozess
- und Anforderungsaufnahme und führst den Kunden, im Rahmen der Lösungsfindung an der Hand. Gemeinsam mit deinen kompetenten und innovativen Teamkollegen implementierst du im Anschluss die Kundenbedürfnisse im Bereich Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement und Power Plattform um. Von der Definition der Zielanwendungs
- und IT-Landschaft mit Fokus auf CE Prozesse, der Analyse der fachlichen Anforderungen an die Kernprozesse und Definition des Lösungsdesigns auf Basis der Zielplattform stellst du Implementierungsoptionen einschließlich der anschließenden Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fach
- und IT-Abteilungen vor und übernimmst das Integrationsmanagement. Die Analyse und Definition der funktionalen und/oder technischen Integration mit Umsystemen runden dabei deine Haupttätigkeiten ab.

Qualifikation

Um diese anspruchsvolle Herausforderung zu meistern bringst du mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Dynamics D365 CE Consultant und/oder deren Vorgängerversionen mit. Besonders deine sehr guten Kenntnissen in Marketing-, Vertriebs-, Service
- und Fieldserviceprozessen und in der Beratung von Business Lösungen, inkl. Kenntnisse der agilen / Scrum Vorgehensmodelle und der Verwendung von DevOps / JIRA werden sehr geschätzt. Unsere Mandantin ist dafür bekannt, immer die innovativsten Technologien einzusetzen und die interessantesten nationalen Projekte durchzuführen.
