**About the Role**

As part of the wider Talent, Culture & Inclusion (TCI) team, you contribute to implementing global TCI standards and solutions for the entire firm based on our business strategy, the best practices in the market and the latest HR trends. Your storytelling and communication skills will be key in delivering on our strategic priorities and you’ll be collaborating with a diverse and passionate team to make an impact.

Your core responsibilities include:

- Create content for senior stakeholder meetings (Board of Directors, Group Executive Committee etc.) to report out on TCI activities, change initiatives and key achievements.
- Utilize data and analytics to distil actionable insights and facilitate informed decision-making in line with strategic priorities.
- Manage business operations for the TCI team, including budget management, communication, KPI development and monitoring, risk and vendor management.
- Support the design and continuous improvement of strategic people development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion solutions to attract, engage, develop and retain key talents, and to ensure Swiss Re has the right people in the right roles in the right place.
- Organise engagement activities for the TCI team in a hybrid setting, such as team building and offsites, to foster collaboration, inclusion, productivity, and team cohesion.
- Support the Chief Talent & Inclusion Officer on ad-hoc tasks, projects and initiatives as required.

**About the Team**

We're Talent, Culture & Inclusion (TCI), a part of Group Human Resources at Swiss Re. We're the consulting, design, and transformation arm of HR. We leverage thought leadership and the latest research to design and enhance our people and culture strategy and own a connected suite of processes and solutions as a lean, friendly, diverse, and global team.

**About You**

You're extremely well organised, able to juggle different priorities and work with a "can-do" mindset. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds and to contribute to a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Essentials:

- You've spent at least 5-7 years in roles related to management consulting, HR, project management, or an executive office, honing your skills in navigating complex and dynamic environments.
- You are used to working with strictly confidential information and treat it with utmost care and discretion, always upholding confidentiality.
- You are a natural problem solver and not afraid of diving into new topics, doing your own research and developing innovative solutions.
- You are digitally savvy and a "PowerPoint guru" with excellent analytics skills who is able to transform data into compelling narratives to inform and influence decision-making.
- You have excellent communication skills and are used to working in a hybrid environment with stakeholders from various cultural and technical backgrounds.
- You have a degree (Bachelor's Degree or equivalent) ideally with a major in one of the following fields: Social Sciences, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Communication or Human Resources.
- You're fully fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and embrace the unknown
