**About the Team**:

- Our Central Laboratory Services located in Geneva with 8 different laboratory testing departments process and analyze clinical samples collected form Europe, Africa and Middle East countries in the frame of clinical trials.

**Internship Assignment Summary**:

- To implement competency assessment tool in central laboratory services to create, manage, document and approve competency assessments electronically.
- To build electronic process for entry, approval and retraining notification to replace existing manual processes.
- The tool will concern laboratory technicians, laboratory assistants and supervisor profiles
- The main project drivers are:.
- Process improvement of current manual process
- Compliance with CAP regulations
- Reduction in audit findings
- Reduction of paper handling, Green Lab initiative, Time and Space savings
- Updated process for ease of use for laboratory approvers

**Education/Qualifications/Skills**:

- You must be a student and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party.
- Proficiency in English and intermediate level in French required.
- No scientific background required.
- Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
- Ability to embrace diverse ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership.
