À ce poste chez Trianon SA, une entreprise du Groupe Mobilière, vous contribuez activement à l’amélioration des services opérationnels de l’entreprise. Vous êtes rattaché au Corporate Development Manager et intégrez l’équipe Corporate Services qui regroupe les fonctions transverses de l’entreprise.

Ce que vous pouvez réaliser chez nous

Votre tâche principale comprend le recensement, la documentation, l’analyse et l’optimisation des processus dans l’entreprise en tenant compte des risques et opportunités.

De plus, vous organisez des Workshops pour mettre en place une gouvernance de gestion des processus, vous supervisez la formation aux équipes et accompagnez le changement.

Ce que vous apportez
- Formation HES ou équivalent dans le domaine organisation d’entreprise ou informatique
- Expérience professionnelle de 2 à 5 ans en gestion des processus ou en business analyse. L'expérience dans la gestion de projet est un plus
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation, de planification et de coordination
- Très bonnes capacités relationnelles et de communication
- Personnalité autonome, rigoureuse et persévérante
- Excellentes connaissances du français et très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand
