Nous recrutons en CDI un Product Owner Supply-Chain F/H afin de rejoindre notre pôle d'expertise dans le cadre d'un projet de grande envergure et longue durée, d'extension des activités de notre partenaire.
En tant que Product Owner Supply-Chain, vos missions seront:
- Alimenter le backlog avec les besoins et exigences fonctionnelles métiers identifiés en collaboration avec les chefs de projets.
- Rédiger les Users Stories et spécifications détaillées si nécessaires.
- Gérer et prioriser le backlog pouvant être constitué de nouvelles fonctionnalités, d'évolutions ou d'incidents sur la solution.
- S'assurer de la cohérence et de l'harmonisation des différents processus.
- la vision auprès de l'équipe et piloter les compétences (Architectes, Fonctionnels, Développeurs).
- Définir les exigences de test permettant la validation des user stories et réaliser les tests.
- S'assurer de la livraison des fonctionnalités en respectant le budget et les délais.
- Coordonner le déploiement et la mise en production des nouvelles fonctionnalités en lien avec les key users.
- Assurer la communication sur l'avancement des jalons et des livrables auprès des instances de gouvernance et des différentes parties prenantes.

**Votre profil**:

- Expérience dans la gestion de projets IT et domaine de la Supply-Chain obligatoires.
- Certification PMP / PMI-PBA / Product Owner / Scrum Master, un atout.
- Maitrise des outils et process informatique (ERP (SAP), LES / WM, MES), spécifiquement SAP WM un atout.
- Capacité à animer et fédérer un groupe.
- Leadership, dynamisme, esprit d équipe.
- Aisance relationnelle, autonomie, rigueur.
