**PRODUCT OWNER
**Responsabilités**:
En tant que membre de l'équipe de projets CLMi, en charge du développement et de la livraison du produit au
sein de l'organisation, le Product Owner, identifie, spécifie et hiérarchise les besoins des clients internes.

Collaborer étroitement avec le Stream Leader et le Product Owner WDX pour assurer un alignement de la
vision du produit sur les besoins et les priorités des clients internes ;

Proposer des idées d’amélioration du produit dans le cadre de la feuille de route CLMi afin qu’il puisse
répondre au mieux aux besoins des clients internes ;

Passer en revue les nouveaux développements et fonctionnalités du produit ;

Etre le référent de la vision du produit et des besoins Métiers en recueillant, approuvant et hiérarchisant les
commentaires des clients internes ;

Négocier et défendre au nom des clients internes les commentaires sur le produit ;

Assurer, prioriser la résolution des défauts et du « backlog » du produit.

**Profil recherché**:

Expérience de 5 ans en qualité de Product Owner dans le domaine bancaire ;

Expert CLM, expertise transversale sur les processus de la gestion du cycle de vie Client. Bonnes connaissances
en Compliance ainsi que dans la plupart des domaines fonctionnelles de la banque privée ;

De langue maternelle française avec d’excellentes compétences linguistiques en anglais (ou in versement) ;

Proactif, responsable, et aimant relever des défis et des challenges ;

Grande capacité d’analyse, d’écoute, et à trouver des compromis entre différentes parties (fournisseurs, clients
internes) ;

Structuré, clair dans ses descriptions, et espr it d’équipe développé.
